The license was issued by the Islamic Consultative Assembly according to the regulations of the Welfare Organization of Iran in execution of Article 13, Paragraph 26, the law of regulating a part of governmental financial regulation approved in January 17, 2002, so that the institute can be run based on the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the permitted provisions of the Articles of Association.

(1) Making public awareness and promoting awareness, insight and attitude of society toward disability and people with disabilities;
